Пробовал такой, работал вместе с этим самым Экстендед Эдишном.

Какая сборка? В смысле master colletion там, али design premium. Попутно к кейгенам запрети доступ к adobe.com, а то оно, зараза, проверяет ключи на валидность.
Самый простой способ: Ищем в винде файл hosts Вносим в него строчку 127.0.0.1 adobe.com
Во многих кейгенах еть кнопочка patch host files, она делает эти манипуляции но для cs5 уже не совсем корректно. Вообще адоба научилась защищать свои продукты, так что внезапное падение регистрации теперь не редкость.

в комплекте также поставлялись указанные в ней амтлиб.длл и образчик файла hosts
